* The rates are in USD and include taxes.
* 2 children under 10 stay free when sharing the Standard room with the parents.
* Exchange rate valid at the moment of booking.
* Master Suite maximum occupancy - 5 persons.
* Weekly and monthly rates do not apply for Christmas and New Year(Dec. 20th - Jan. 5th).
* If the guest requests a refund when checking out before the 7 days or 30 days expire, the general daily hotel rate will be charged and the weekly or monthly rate will not apply.

Standard room with kitchenette

- Spacious 32 m2 rooms.
- 2 Queen size beds.
- Air-conditioning, ventilator, telephone, T.V. LCD, with cable system, kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, sink and private bathroom.
- The Standard rooms with kitchenette on the ground level have a back patio.

Master suite with private terrace

- Located on the top floor (3rd floor).
- One King size bed and one double bed.
- Small living room and dining room, kitchenette with refrigerator, stove and sink.
- Dressing room and a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- Maximum occupancy 5 persons including children.
